Dichas condiciones generales surten efecto a partir de la fecha de aceptación de las mismas por parte del usuario, que se aplica a todos los efectos como aceptación en virtud del art. 1341 del Código Civil. Mobiltecnica s.r.l. se reserva el derecho de modificar en cualquier momento las presentes condiciones generales de venta indicándolas online.
How to buy

The message will contain all the data entered by the customer who agrees to verify the correctness and communicate any corrections.
Each purchase will be accompanied by an invoice with the data provided by the customer. All prices on this website are the prices to the public and, therefore, include VAT. Prices may change without prior notice and the only correct price is the price that is indicated at the time of order confirmation.
Mobiltecnica s.r.l. accetta solo gli ordini che prevedono la consegna sul territorio italiano, nella Repubblica di San Marino e Città del Vaticano. Mobiltecnica s.r.l., once certified the payment, prepares the goods contained in the order and entrusted it to the Courier.

In case of cancellation, either by the customer or in case of rejection of the same by Mobiltecnica s.r.l., there ill be the cancellation of the same and the release the amount involved (Mobiltecnica s.r.l. will not be responsible for any damages resulting from the release by the banking system).
Payment by credit card
Mobiltecnica s.r.l. accepts all major credit cards, including prepaid and rechargeable, issued exclusively in Italian (Visa, Visa-Electron, Mastercard, Maestro). Shipping and delivery times
Mobiltecnica s.r.l. ships product by courier, deliveries are made on working days (Monday-Friday) from 8:30 to 18:30 and the expected delivery times are 2/3 days from 'fulfillment. The timing of the preparation of the products chosen are shown directly on the website relating to the product.

Preparation times are different for each product and specified within their own dedicated page. In the case of orders consisting of several products, the shipment will be calculated with the time of preparation longest among the products chosen by the customer.
The courier makes the first delivery without notice. In the absence of the Customer the Courier leaves a notice of passage (indicated with the passage of time and the tracking number) and retries the delivery the next business day. If there is still lack, the customer is contacted directly by the Courier for the third attempt. If the fourth attempt were to fail, the product is included in the warehouses and void the order. The material is available for collection at the customer's expense for 14 days.

Warranty
Mobiltecnica s.r.l. offers the standard European two-year warranty from the manufacturer.
The 24 month warranty applies to products that present a lack of conformity, provided the product is used correctly, respecting its intended use and as provided in the technical documentation.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by neglect, abuse and misuse.
The lack of conformity is to be found:
- discrepancies between what was proposed and what was received purchase
- malfunction
In case of lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to restore, without charge, the conformity of the goods by repair or replacement, according to art. 130 of the Consumer Code. Received and checked the returned product Mobiltecnica s.r.l. will restore the lack of conformity in accordance with past agreements.
To qualify for the guarantee, the customer must keep the invoice or sales tax sent with the product.
In case of lack of conformity, Mobiltecnica s.r.l. will at no cost to the customer at the restoration of conformity by repair / replacement or possibly to cancel the contract. If, following the intervention of an Authorized Service Center, the defect does not result in a lack of compliance, the customer will be charged for any costs of verification and recovery required from authorized.
In case you were not able to make its customers a product warranty, Mobiltecnica s.r.l. discretion will proceed to refund the amount paid or to replacement with a product of equal or superior characteristics.
In case of return of the product warranty, the customer must be returned in their original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any ancillary documents), it should be avoided the attachment of labels or tape directly on the original box product. The product will be protected with wrapping paper and packaging suitable for transportation.
Product uniformity
The light, vapors and other factors characteristic of the living environment, may determine color variability that do not allow a perfect coupling of items purchased at different times. These differences, which tend to fade over time, can not be disputed or made.
Drawings, dimensions and tolerances
The measures listed in the product pages are in millimeters, as well as orders and their order confirmations. The tolerances on the dimensions are indicated in the relevant section. We can do products with different tolerances than those indicated, provided they are listed on the order and the same is confirmed in writing by our technical department.
Installation
Our products are sold more and installation excluded. We disclaim all responsibility for damage resulting from incorrect installation of the product.
Right of withdrawal

Returns

Responsibility
Mobiltecnica s.r.l. does not assume any responsibility for problems caused due to force majeure such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and / or lockouts, earthquakes, floods and other events that could prevent, in whole or in part, to implement in the contract on time.
Mobiltecnica s.r.l. will not be liable to any party or third parties for damages, losses and costs incurred as a result of failure to execute the contract for the reasons mentioned above, the customer has the right to get the price paid.
Mobiltecnica s.r.l. is not responsible for any fraudulent or illegal use that may be made by third parties, credit cards, checks and other means of payment, when payment for goods purchased.
Mobiltecnica s.r.l. at no time of the purchase procedure is able to know the buyer's credit card number which, via a secure connection, is transmitted directly to the manager of banking service.
The consumer agrees and undertakes, once the purchase process online, to handle the press and keep the present general conditions, which, however, has already seen and accepted as a compulsory step, as well as the specifications of the product purchased, in order to fully satisfy the conditions laid down in Art. 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 206/05.

Use
We will not be liable for any injury, loss or direct / indirect, arising from the use or improper use of the product. We disclaim all responsibility for damage caused by a wrong or improper cleaning.
